A voltage of at least 13.1 V must be applied to the control unit of the wiring harness to enable the circuit . In older vehicles, this can be achieved by briefly increasing the speed. Switching off must be done manually at the switch. The NOVA LEDs remain lit until the voltage limit of 11.8 V is reached, even after the engine has been switched off. Only when falls below this voltage limit do the lights switch off automatically via the control unit. BASIC tank ring incl. tank bag lock unit for Suzuki XF 650 Freewind (1997-2002)
Basic tank ring for Suzuki XF 650 Freewind (1997-2002)Simple and innovative at the same time - our BASIC tank ring This functional tank ring enables the attachment of a Hepco&Becker tank bag.The scope of delivery includes a BASIC tank ring as well as the counterholder, which can be individually screwed to the tank bag depending on the tank shape and handlebar angle. The tank cap can still be opened without any problems when the tank ring is fitted. In general, you only need this tank ring and a tank bag for Suzuki XF 650 Freewind (1997-2002) and you have everything you need. Each model-specific tank ring is stored in the "My Bike" database for the respective motorbike model. If no tank ring is stored, you can also use the checklist here in the shop to find out manually whether a universal tank ring is available for the desired model. (See main menu -> BASIC tank rings) FEATURES: absolutely secure hold, even at high speeds Simple operation thanks to mechanical locking the Hepco&Becker tank bag is simply put on and locks clearly audible on the tank ring Unlocking: The mechanism is unlocked by a strap in the direction of travel at the front of the tank bag and the tank bag is then simply removed No ABE or registration is required for this product when fitted as intended Recommended maximum speed when the tank bag is fitted: 130 km/h Recommended load in the tank bag: approx. 3kg Please observe the motorbike manufacturer's specifications and the model-specific information in the instructions or here with the product Difference between Lock-it and BASIC tank rings: The general function and operation remain the same. However, compared to the Lock-it tank ring, the Basic tank ring only locks mechanically. With the Lock-it tank ring, the magnets help with centring. The difference lies purely in the two magnetic or plastic domes that are screwed onto the tank ring. The actual model-specific "metal ring" is the same for both versions. Further information: A tank bag with Lock-it counterholder cannot be fitted to a BASIC tank ring and vice versa. The tank bag counterholder and tank ring must be from the same system.
Side case carrier fixed black for Suzuki XF 650 Freewind (1997-2002)
The bolt-on side case carriers from Hepco&Becker are firmly attached to the motorbike frame. Almost all Hepco&Becker touring side case systems fit onto this carrier. The cases are secured to the carrier using a metal retaining lock to prevent theft. A lock adapter is also required for this. This is normally supplied with the side cases. This lock adapter is screwed to the right and left at the rear of the carrier and provides the mount for the case retaining lock.The model-specific carriers are solidly designed and offer effective protection for the rider's or pillion passenger's legs even in the event of a fall.The side case carriers from Hepco&Becker can usually be combined with our rear carriers without any problems. Proven tubular luggage racks Top case carriers for Hepco&Becker top cases of the highest quality. Hepco&Becker luggage racks are specially designed for almost all of our top cases. But not only new top cases fit. Older Hepco&Becker models can also be fitted. The basic mount has not changed. Not suitable for: Topcase "Orbit" and topcases with universal plate. The carriers are manufactured specifically for each model and only fit the motorbike listed in the fitting instructions. Thanks to the construction made of German quality steel, Hepco&Becker luggage racks guarantee maximum strength and a very high level of safety. If required, soft luggage can also be lashed down without any problems; the tubular luggage rack offers many options for this. If there is still not enough space, the luggage rack can be combined with the Hepco&Becker universal luggage rack extension. The top case is pushed onto the tubular luggage rack and locked to the carrier with a metal retaining lock.
