The prices on our website are always kept up to date. On the rare occasion that we have made a mistake with a price the following would apply. If the price you paid was higher than it should have been we would refund the difference. If the price was lower than it should have been we will often supply the product at the lower price you have paid unless this was a large difference in which case we may contact you and inform you of the additional amount to pay to continue with the order and also offer you the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund if you wish. 

Our order processing lines and shop are open between 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday. Please note that the shop is now closed weekdays between 1.00pm – 1.30pm so that the staff can be refuelled. We maintain an after hours answer phone service. Orders sent Online will be received 24hours per day. Our shop and order processing lines are closed on UK public/bank holidays and week-ends. 

We take payment by most major credit / debit cards & Paypal. Orders can be placed on the website or by telephone. All postage a packing costs will be shown during the checkout process before you enter your payment details. Once the order has been placed on our website you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. If you do not get this please check your junk folder. Please note that we are not responsible for collecting any customer charges or VAT (Sales Tax) except for UK customers. All orders overseas (except Northern Ireland) are sent net.

Although every care is taken in preparing and packing your order, it may happen that parts may be damaged or even lost in the post. Damage must be reported to us immediately and the original packaging kept. Discrepancies (i.e. shortages and incorrect parts) must be reported to Moto-Bins within 24 hours of receipt, using our enquiry's line 0044 (0)1775 680881. Email sales@motobins.co.uk quote your customer reference number and the Invoice number on all correspondence. 

Moto-Bins will accept returns and order cancellations of any parts for exchange or refund that has not been used within 14 days of your receipt of the parts without penalty. All returns must be authorised beforehand, preferably by telephone or E-mail, and must be accompanied by the original invoice and a copy of any Email correspondence. Returned parts must be in their original condition (i.e. unused).
