Return / Cancellation

Moto-Bins will accept returns and order cancellations of any parts for exchange or refund that has not been used within 14 days of your receipt of the parts without penalty. All returns must be authorised beforehand, preferably by telephone or E-mail, and must be accompanied by the original invoice and a copy of any Email correspondence. Returned parts must be in their original condition (i.e. unused).

If returning items from outside the United Kingdom please mark the package & customs document “RETURNED UK GOODS” We recommend that you insure valuable returns with courier.
