The Easyrack Top Case Carrier in sleek black design is specifically engineered for the BMW F 650 GS Twin (2008-2011) and the F 700 GS (2012-2017). This carrier is composed of a model-specific installation kit and the Easyrack adapter plate to attach Hepco&Becker top cases or soft luggage (not suitable for top cases with a universal plastic plate).
Every Easyrack Top Case Carrier is designed with a model-specific approach to seamlessly integrate into the motorcycle's overall aesthetics. By employing high-quality aluminum in combination with a steel base carrier, the Easyrack blends high strength with an elegant appearance. The carrier's design incorporates additional attachment points for luggage straps, allowing secure attachment of luggage rolls, for instance.
The base construction comprises solid steel and an aluminum carrier plate, ensuring stability and reliability. The package includes the model-specific Easyrack top case carrier, an installation kit, and a comprehensive installation manual. Additional adapters for top case mounting are not required. The surface finish is of high quality.
In technical terms, the Easyrack Top Case Carrier functions similarly to the Alurack Top Case Carrier. One difference is that the bracket for top case attachment on the Easyrack can be folded down when not in use, whereas the Alurack bracket remains rigidly upright. The model-specific base carrier is the same for both Easyrack and Alurack. No additional ABE or registration is necessary for the luggage carrier.
The recommended load capacity is 5 kg (please refer to model-specific instructions, the installation manual, and the motorcycle manufacturer's information). Heavy cargo should generally be stored in side cases or the tank bag. The recommended maximum speed is 130 km/h.
The Easyrack Top Case Carrier was designed for the motorcycle's stock condition and has not been tested with accessories such as exhaust, license plate holders, or other indicators.
