Alurack top case carrier black for BMW R 1200 RS (2015-2018)
The black Alurack Topcase carrier for the BMW R 1200 RS (2015-2018) is a carrier system consisting of a model-specific mounting kit and an Alurack adapter plate. This carrier allows for the attachment of Hepco&Becker Topcases or soft luggage and is not suitable for Topcases with a universal plastic plate.
Each Alurack Topcase carrier is specifically developed for the respective motorcycle model to seamlessly integrate into the overall appearance of the motorcycle. Thanks to its construction from high-quality aluminum in combination with a steel base carrier, the Alurack is characterized by high strength and an elegant appearance. Additional attachment points for luggage straps, for example, for securing luggage rolls, are integrated into the design of the carrier.
The Alurack Topcase carrier features a solid base construction made of steel and an aluminum carrier plate. Included in the delivery are the model-specific Alurack Topcase carrier, the mounting kit, and an installation manual. No additional adapters are required for attaching the Topcase.
This carrier is distinguished by a high-quality surface finish and operates technically almost the same as the Easyrack Topcase carrier. The main difference is that the bracket for Topcase attachment points firmly upward and cannot be folded down. The model-specific base carrier is identical for both the Easyrack and Alurack.
If you wish to use the Hepco&Becker Alu Standard Topcase 35, a special bracket is required instead of the standard Alurack bracket (item number: 700007350 or 700007351).
Luggage carriers do not require a General Operating Permit (ABE) or registration. The recommended load capacity is 5 kg, and you should observe the model-specific instructions provided in the included installation
