A voltage of at least 13.1 V must be applied to the control unit of the wiring harness to enable the circuit . In older vehicles, this can be achieved by briefly increasing the speed. Switching off must be done manually at the switch. The NOVA LEDs remain lit until the voltage limit of 11.8 V is reached, even after the engine has been switched off. Only when falls below this voltage limit do the lights switch off automatically via the control unit. If required, soft luggage can also be lashed down without any problems; the tubular luggage rack offers many options for this.
